The Problem To Solve


Support our restaurant partners by streamlining their internal operations so they can focus on their core strength - preparing and delivering great food! We're looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Manager (Night Shift) to provide overnight leadership coverage for our Prishtina team. In this role, you will help oversee sensitive customer data processes, support our fast-growing team, and support our team leads.

You'll drive team performance, manage escalations, optimize workflows, and maintain quality standards, all during a period that demands extra focus, discretion, and operational resilience.

You’ll be joining a high-energy, collaborative team of problem-solvers who thrive under pressure and are driven by data and purpose. With over 50 representatives in Prishtina, our team continues to scale. This hire ensures manageable team sizes, supporting strong leadership and scalability.This night shift manager will relieve team leads of administrative overhead, enabling them to focus on mission-critical onboarding efforts. Your leadership ensures overnight operations run smoothly, and sensitive information is handled with the utmost care and consistency.

We're looking for someone who brings a calm, solutions-oriented mindset and who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You’re someone who sees every challenge as an opportunity to improve.

  • At least 3 years experience leading large teams with cross-functional collaboration and resolving complex customer issues
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team during overnight or non-standard hours
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and quick adoption of browser-based tools and systems
  • Steady under pressure, with a strong ability to manage escalations and maintain data integrity during off-hours
  • Comfortable balancing administrative oversight with performance coaching and operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
