The Challenge


As an Implementation Project Manager in the Professional Services Team, you’ll be at the very heart of the action, leading strategic implementation projects for some of our largest enterprise clients.Operating in a fast-paced, multicultural and multilingual environment, you will play a key role in turning complex business needs into smooth technical deliveries.Acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, you’ll ensure a seamless delivery experience by driving coordination between stakeholders, managing priorities, and aligning technical execution with business outcomes.

The Day-to-Day


  • Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of client implementation projects, from kick-off to go-live.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication, alignment on expectations, and a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Define and monitor project scope, timelines, and deliverables in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and the client.
  • Configure the Urbantz platform directly to match the client’s operational workflows and requirements, with the support of more technical profiles when necessary.
  • Translate client needs into effective platform setups and test scenarios, ensuring a robust and scalable configuration.
  • Organize and lead client workshops and working sessions to gather input, validate progress, and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success, to ensure smooth execution across all fronts.
  • Identify potential risks or issues early and take proactive action to mitigate them, ensuring projects stay on track.
  • Manage escalations professionally, maintaining trust and transparency with clients.
  • Ensure a seamless go-live experience, preparing both the client and internal teams for a successful handover to the Customer Success team.
  • Deliver clear project documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.

The Must Haves


  • At least 5 years of professional experience in project management (ideally in SaaS, tech, or integration-heavy environments).
  • Solid technical understanding, you can confidently discuss APIs, data flows, and systems architecture with engineers.
  • Fluent in French and English. A professional fluency in German is a must.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, you're comfortable communicating with warehouse managers, product leads, and C-level executives alike.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with high attention to detail and time management.
  • Willingness to travel for key project phases and client workshops.

The Great to Haves


  • Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or complex operational environments.
  • Familiarity with PMO best practices and process optimization.
  • Background working in fast-paced, high-growth tech companies or startups.
