RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process—from sourcing to signing—while ensuring candidates feel seen, heard, and excited every step of the way.
- Elevate Pontera’s employer brand through social media, creative content, and thoughtful outreach.
- Partner closely with hiring managers across the org to understand roles, team vibes, and what "great" looks like.
- Source and attract exceptional talent who’ll help us grow and thrive.
- Run thorough screenings and interviews with heart, clarity, and professionalism.
- Champion the candidate experience—because it’s more than just a process, it’s a journey.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of recruiting experience in the tech/startup world.
- Bonus points for experience recruiting R&D talent (we really like those).
- Strong grasp of social media and how to use it to connect with candidates and promote a brand.
- A positive, can-do mindset with a passion for people.
- Exceptional communication skills (in English) and a collaborative spirit.
- Self-starter energy—you don’t wait for things to happen, you make them happen.
- Detail-oriented but never lose sight of the big picture.
- Friendly, assertive, and always professional.
