We’re looking for an Operations Manager to help scale and manage our lending sales engine. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of data, channel operations, and on-ground sales execution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with data, managing DSA relationships, and driving performance through outcall agents.
What You'll Do:
-Manage end-to-end operations for the lending sales channel, including DSAs and outcall agents-Set up and track sales targets, monitor funnel health, and drive performance across partners-Own the reporting cadence—build dashboards, track KPIs, and present insights to leadership-Work closely with internal teams (sales, risk, legal, compliance) to ensure smooth ops-Onboard and train new DSAs and outcall agents on product, processes, and tools-Identify process gaps and run ops-led initiatives to improve productivity and conversion
What We’re Looking For:
-4–7 years of experience in sales operations / channel management / inside sales ops-Strong analytical skills—comfortable working with Excel, SQL, and dashboards-Hands-on experience managing DSAs, telesales, or outbound sales channels-Self-starter with a bias for action and ability to work across multiple teams-Excellent communication and people management skills-Prior experience in fintech, lending, or BFSI is a strong plusThis is a five days work from office and we are in Brookfield, Bengaluru.Apply for this job
