About the RoleWe’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our talented team and help elevate our marketing execution across a growing portfolio of global partnerships. In this key support role, you’llassist in executing marketing campaigns forour partnerships across digital channels,ensuring flawless execution of content throughcoordination between content,creative, and web development teams.As a member of the Content Team, you’ll bring marketing experience, project managementand operational strength to help drive results and scale our impact.Responsibilities
- Work with Content Marketing Specialists in executing integrated marketing campaigns across web, email, social media, partnership deliverables and sales collateral, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and timelines.
- Write and edit compelling copy for website, social and email content, as part of campaign execution and marketing launch plans.
- Support social media execution, including but not limited to scheduling posts, coordinating cross-platform content, and engaging with the fan community.
- Understanding of pulling/analyzing all necessary information to provide actionable optimizations to marketing campaigns.
- Support on executing partner relationships and respective marketing deliverables to increase brand integration, quality of traffic/leads and overall joint marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with Creative Team on development of digital content across email and social media.
- Assist with coordinating photo asset uploads and organization for content purposes.
- Identify new marketing opportunities that support department goals & strategy, in support of Content Specialists and Content Manager.
Requirements Education and Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or affiliated specialized area
- 2-3 years of marketing experience, ideally in a coordinator or content marketing role
- Knowledge of online platforms, marketing automation platforms, digital marketing tools, content management systems, digital sales platforms and google analytics
Skills/Abilities
- Knowledge and experience in content marketing with social media and SEO/SEM focus
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions proactively in a rapidly changing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Superb attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A strong desire to learn and further develop your skills
