About the role


We are looking for a person who is passionate about storytelling, possesses exceptional writing skills, and has a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and SEO-optimized content across the marketing funnel, and improving conversions on page.

Responsibilities:


  • Produce high-quality, original content including thought-leadership articles, blog posts, and relevant downloadables.
  • Understand the product, industry, and ICP and grow into a subject matter expert, then partner with teams across the company to create compelling resources and high quality content
  • Weave together technical product messaging and market trends into engaging narratives
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
  • Develop strategies to maximize the reach and engagement of content through various channels.
  • Create a content strategy that converts traffic to MQLs
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of content experience in B2B SaaS experience
  • Strong understanding of SEO and content analytical tools (SEMrush, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Obsessed with the audience—what drives them, what they’re looking for, how to grab their attention, and make them customers and advocates
  • Outstanding writing and copy editing skills with strong attention to details like spelling, grammar, tone, and clarity
  • Impeccable organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to give and receive feedback in stride.
