About the role


As the Founding Account Executive, you’ll help build Supademo’s sales foundation from the ground up. Working directly with the CEO and Head of Growth, you will work across the entire sales cycle, participate across GTM, and help create the playbook that brings the next 10,000 customers on board.Supademo is a product-led company that has grown almost entirely through word-of-mouth, SEO, referrals, and social.This role will be responsible for helping close inbound prospects from these channels while implementing outbound strategies to generate more leads.

You have…


  • 3 years of success in inside technology sales, with a proven track record in consultative selling environments
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic; adept at handling objections and building trust with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong critical thinking skills with a creative approach to breaking into new accounts
  • Highly metrics-oriented; comfortable using and developing spreadsheets, as well as managing CRM and RFP processes
  • Proficient with Salesforce CRM
  • Skilled in the use of sales automation tools and platforms
  • Available to work an 8am – 5pm schedule
  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from outbound prospecting through to closing deals—with both SMB and mid-market clients
  • Consistently surpasses aggressive revenue goals while developing repeatable sales strategies
  • Helps establish foundations for future expansion of the sales team

Required experience and skills


  • At least 3 years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales with consistent overachievement, ideally with product-led / smaller ACV products
  • Full-cycle sales expertise: prospecting, discovery, demoing, negotiating, and closing complex deals
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Self-starter mindset with entrepreneurial drive and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable building processes from scratch
