Position Summary
Pro-Vigil is seeking a results-driven, relationship-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As a mid-level talent acquisition professional, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for predominantly non-sales roles—including field operations, corporate functions, customer service, and technical teams. You will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring exceptional candidate experiences and consistent, efficient hiring outcomes.This role operates onsite to maximize stakeholder engagement and hiring velocity.
You will collaborate regularly with the Director of Business Affairs (who oversees the primary recruitment of sales positions) to ensure a unified approach to talent acquisition across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Ownership: Manage requisition intake, proactive sourcing, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and pre-employment processing (e.g., background checks, employment verifications).
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Consult with department leaders to validate headcount budget, define role requirements, candidate success profiles, and hiring timelines aligned with business goals.
- Job Description Development: Draft and publish compelling, brand-aligned job postings that attract top talent across varied job families.
- Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Leverage job boards, engage in active outbound recruiting techniques, Boolean strategies, ATS tools, employee referrals, and internal networks to cultivate diverse candidate pools.
- Candidate Experience Management: Deliver white-glove candidate communication and interview coordination, maintaining a high level of professionalism at every touchpoint.
- ATS & Compliance Management: Maintain accurate candidate records and workflow tracking within ADP Workforce Now, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison with the Sr. Manager of HR and Director of Business Affairs to align hiring best practices, share talent insights, and manage overlapping roles.
- Recruitment Operations: Contribute to metrics tracking, reporting, process documentation, and continuous improvement of recruitment programs and onboarding workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for high-volume, hourly, or entry-level roles. Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Strong sense of urgency, high bias to action, and self-driven accountability.
- Proficiency with sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed) and recruiting technologies.
- Experience coordinating interview logistics and onboarding processes.
- Must be able to work on-site and engage in face-to-face collaboration with internal stakeholders. This role will be an in-office position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or a similar ATS.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employment branding strategies.
- Working knowledge of recruiting metrics and data analysis.
- Working with offshore (e.g., India) teams is a plus.
