About the Role:
As Director of Demand Generation at FERMÀT, you will spearhead our targeted marketing efforts to key accounts with significant growth potential. Working directly with our Head of Sales and Head of Marketing, you’ll craft and execute personalized campaigns, full-funnel strategies, and ABM programs that showcase how FERMÀT transforms the e-commerce experience.You’ll be responsible for building and owning the demand generation strategy across Enterprise, Agency, Mid-Market, and Self-Serve segments—with a strategic focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for Enterprise & Agency customers.
This is a unique opportunity to lead high-impact growth initiatives, align cross-functional efforts, and build the foundational infrastructure for scalable, performance-driven marketing.Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll also define the metrics that matter—ensuring everything we do is measurable, repeatable, and tied to revenue. This role has a clear path to Head of Growth as our business continues to scale.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Build and own the overarching demand generation framework—including campaign planning, execution, and ongoing optimization—for all B2B customer segments.
- ABM Campaign Orchestration: Create and run personalized, multi-touch Account-Based Marketing campaigns that engage prospects, partners, and strategic accounts with tailored messaging and experiences.
- Lifecycle Marketing: Lead lifecycle marketing efforts by developing segmented, behavior-driven journeys from awareness to retention.
- Sales & Marketing Alignment: Partner closely with the Head of Sales and Head of Marketing to ensure strong collaboration, unified GTM strategy, and shared accountability for pipeline performance.
- Campaign Execution: Design and launch multi-channel programs across email, paid media, direct mail, webinars, content syndication, and events.
- Account Intelligence: Leverage firmographic, intent, and engagement data to identify and prioritize high-value target accounts.
- Technology & Tooling: Manage and optimize our demand gen tech stack (Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, Unity, Notion, etc.) to drive targeting precision and campaign effectiveness.
- Performance Reporting: Define key metrics for pipeline growth, conversion rates, and velocity; report on outcomes regularly and refine efforts based on insights.
- Continuous Improvement: Use data and feedback loops to continuously iterate on programs, messaging, segmentation, and performance benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 2–3+ years focused on account-based marketing and full-funnel demand generation
- Proven experience building and scaling demand generation strategies for SaaS, e-commerce, or agency-led GTM models
- Proficient in ABM platforms, marketing automation, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, Unity, Notion)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute high-impact campaigns that deliver pipeline and revenue growth
- Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys and how to align marketing strategy with sales goals
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; data-driven decision-maker who thrives on measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication and project management abilities; capable of managing multiple initiatives across stakeholders and timelines
- A strategic thinker who can also operate tactically to get things done in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Range: $150K - $180K
