What You'll Do:


  • Build Relationships: Manage and develop strong connections with our existing partners, ensuring clear communication, positive collaboration, and building trust to secure additional referrals.
  • Identify Opportunities: Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities.  
  • Drive Sales: Proactively uncover new business opportunities and lead client acquisition efforts.
  • Expand Horizons: Develop creative strategies to explore new industries, client types, and markets to grow our partner network.
  • Lead Conversations: Conduct calls with potential clients, understand their business needs, and present our value proposition clearly and effectively.
  • Stay Organized: Actively manage your pipeline, keep our CRM systems up to date, and track inquiries.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor to the Clients: Help clients grow their business to foster mutual growth for our company.
  • Identify Potential Partners: Develop a strategic plan for partnership growth, articulate the value proposition for potential partners and regularly engage with partners to build and ensure ongoing collaboration.

Requirements


You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:


  • Have at least 3 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of success in building and nurturing strong client relationships. 
  • Are confident in English and can communicate effectively with international clients (both written and spoken).
  • Are tech-savvy and eager to learn new software and tools.
  • Are well-organized, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Understand the software development world and can speak the language of our business.
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Bonus points if you have experience with U.S. clients or an agency background!
