ABOUT THE CANDIDATE / ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES-SUPPORT EXECUTIVE TEAM


  • Manage C-Suite Executive Team schedules, travel, and associated details
  • Compile and review internal and external executive communications
  • Follow-up internally with cross-functional stakeholders on deliverables to keep projects on time. 
  • Create time and scheduling efficiencies with holistic calendar management.
  • Regular meeting administration, including presentations as well as organize Board Meetings
  • Visitor hospitality, reception, travel, and other logistics
  • Organize company events
  • Additional duties as assigned

RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with all stakeholders
  • Track record of managing schedule/calendars for multiple C -Suite Executives / client groups
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate team needs and accomplish responsibilities with limited directions
  • Strong ability to infer and predict what is needed, rooted in a deep understanding of the business.
  • Act as an ambassador of the company at all times: communicating and leading with strong professionalism and service mindset.
  • Critical thinker and excellent problem solver
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook , PowerPoint and Excel
  • Precious Executive Assistant experience to the C-suite level (or equivalent) required.

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
