Summary


  • Develops and delivers Mitsubishi Certified Training classes, presentations, and videos to assist new and existing Dealers as required.
  • Performs a broad range of equipment support functions and training for Customers and Gensco Team Members.
  • Provides Customers and Gensco Team Members with product application, installation, and service training for our major equipment lines.
  • Provides technical field support assistance for Gensco Customers.

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Provide technical knowledge about the equipment sold by Gensco to customers and Team Members via phone, email, text, and field site visit
  • Provide consultation to customers on the technical aspects of equipment installation, service, and repair
  • Act as a liaison between the factory and Gensco customers and Team Members on technical matters about equipment sold by Gensco
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, strong people skills, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other software

Skills and Qualifications


  • 2-year degree and/or equivalent work experience required
  • 5+ years of related work experience and excellent technical knowledge of HVAC industry preferred
  • Customer service-oriented approach, respond to requests with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent driving record
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong people skills, recognizes when to use formal or informal approach
  • Proactive, self-motivated, able to recognize issues and resolve or escalate appropriately
  • Able to operate personal computer, proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other software.
  • Able to work sitting or standing and to move freely throughout the facility
  • Able to lift and carry equipment and supplies as necessary
  • Able to travel as required
