Job Summary:


We are seeking a creative and talented Videographer/Editor who is passionate about content creation. The ideal candidate is driven by great storytelling, knows the latest trends and styles, and can plan, shoot, edit, and deliver their own content with fast turnarounds using pro gear. This candidate is on fire to create meaningful content that cuts through the noise and reaches people’s hearts.

Key Responsibilities:


Video Production & Shooting


  • Setup and operate professional video camera systems (Sony FX3 and similar), including monitoring and rigging accessories, as well as handheld gimbal operation. Drone operation a plus.
  • Prepare, set up, and break down gear for live, streaming, and ENG-style field shoots, including lighting and audio recording.

Post-Production & Editing


  • Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Execute complex edits using a variety of media assets, including voiceover, stock footage and music, motion graphics, and archival footage to craft on-trend and visually compelling content
  • Execute sound design, mixing and mastering for assigned edits
  • Ensure final deliverables align with visual and brand standards.

Pre-Production & Collaboration


  • Help conceptualize video treatments and visual approaches for digital video content
  • Ensure project deliverables are creatively and technically formatted, optimized, and versioned for our content distribution platforms, including social, streaming, broadcast, and more.
  • Work with producers, writers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion

Technical & Administrative:


  • Maintain and keep organized all video production equipment and spaces, including bi-weekly gear assessments and inventory checks.
  • Strictly follow organizational Digital Asset Management (DAM) policies and best practices for all media management processes such as ingest, server access, backup, file naming, etc.

Performs additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and organization.

Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Production reel demonstrating original work (shooting and editing) required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Television Production, Video Production, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in videography and editing for television or digital media.
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro and After Effects).
  • Experience with Mac/iOS-based workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment.
  • Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs., stand for extended periods, and climb ladders as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Work Schedule & Availability:


Must be available on-site during scheduled production hours:

  • Sundays: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Wednesdays: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM
  • Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMFlexibility for travel and special projects required (subject to change).
