Techstra Solutions is looking for an experienced Application Solution Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is for someone highly technical, with a deep understanding of modern application design patterns and architecture. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to define comprehensive application requirements and ensure alignment with overarching business and technical goals and standards. Your expertise will drive the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions, ensuring our enterprise applications are scalable, efficient, and support future growth.

Here is a look of some of the expectations and responsibilities for this position: Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for conducting deep analysis of current legacy applications, reviewing both technical architecture and business functionality. You will collaborate with business analysts and key stakeholders to define future functional application requirements. You will help bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, by translating business needs into technical requirements that can be implemented by development teams to ensure that future requirements meet both technical and functional needs while advancing business objectives.Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in application solution analysis, systems design, or software engineering, ideally in an enterprise setting.
- Expertise in modern application design patterns (microservices, serverless, cloud-native architectures, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise application architectures, frameworks, and best practices.
- Proven experience working with business analysts, development teams, and key stakeholders to define and implement application requirements.
- Hands-on experience in enterprise application development or architecture.
- Previous experience in assessing and optimizing large-scale enterprise applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare Insurance Domain experience, preference is around Medical and Pharmaceutical Claims.
- Deep knowledge of application development, architecture, and integration.
- Expertise in modern programming languages (Java, SQL, Python, JavaScript, C#, etc.).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native technologies.
- Analytical tools and applications such as SAS, Tableau, Excel, Access etc.
- Experience with databases (SQL, SAS, DB2, NoSQL), analytical and data management solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise solution platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, etc.
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and system integration.
- Familiarity with modern development frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Node.js, Angular, React).
- Familiarity with modern software design patterns and architectures (e.g., cloud-based solutions, containerization, microservices).
- Experience in process modeling and business process reengineering.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and automated testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or DevOps.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and mentor teams, driving them toward successful implementation of high-quality solutions.
