Techstra is seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst with deep experience in PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) and rebates analytics to support a strategic BI/reporting transformation initiative. Top 5 Responsibilities:
Assist the Rebates Product Lead in the design, documentation, and development of BI/Reporting solutionsDocument business and technical requirements (user stories, BRDs) for BI/reporting in the PBM rebates domainProvide subject-matter expertise in PBM Rebates to guide reporting assets and solutionsSupport the migration of legacy BI tools to a new centralized BI platformAssist in testing, training, and change management activities to ensure a successful transformationKey Responsibilities:
- Document and translate business needs into technical requirements for BI/reporting tools
- Collect and organize an inventory of existing reporting assets
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of goals and deliverables
- Design and execute UAT testing plans in collaboration with QA and development teams
- Develop training materials and facilitate end-user training sessions
- Advocate for best practices in data visualization and storytelling
