CNO Developer - TS/SCI FSP

We are seeking a CNO Developer to support a U.S. Government customer by providing technical expertise for mission-critical software and systems. This full-time position involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining custom capabilities across various platforms in support of a large government contract.

Responsibilities:


  • Work as part of a team of developers on Unix, Windows, or Mobile capabilities, contributing to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of CNO capabilities.
  • Design custom software tools and techniques on multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Develop documentation for operating and supporting software and techniques.
  • Mentor junior developers to enhance team capability.

Must Have's:


  • Active or reinstateable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • 6+ years of experience and a Bachelor of Science degree (or related field), or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong independent and team-working abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ and Python development.
  • Experience in developing Windows or Unix applications.
  • Strong understanding of OS internals and network protocols.
  • Familiarity with modern software engineering concepts.

Location:

Annapolis Junction, Maryland
Salary: $115,000 to $190,000
