Pristina or Slovenia. You’ll collaborate with top designers and developers to create stunning digital experiences. If you have a sharp eye for motion and a good understanding of Webflow animations, we’d love to hear from you!

What You Will Do:

Build and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance websites using Webflow.
Implement advanced animations and interactions using GSAP (and other animations libraries), CSS animations, and Webflow’s native interactions to enhance user engagement.
Create visually compelling pages with an eye for detail, from homepage designs to landing pages, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and marketers to create seamless, optimized user experiences.
Optimize websites and implement best practices for performance, SEO, and accessibility, ensuring stability and functionality across all platforms.
Use custom code when Webflow’s built-in features don’t meet client needs.
Stay up to date with industry trends and new Webflow technologies and animation tools to improve development efficiency and creativity.
Engage with clients and internal stakeholders, providing feedback and updates on project progress.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

3+ years of Webflow experience, building and optimizing custom sites.
Strong portfolio showcasing animations, interactions, and performance-focused designs.
Proficiency in GSAP and other animation libraries for engaging web experiences.
Experience with responsive design, accessibility, and best practices.
Ability to integrate Webflow with third-party tools and custom code.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Passion for learning, collaborating, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
