Registered Nurse (Home Health – Per Visit)

Flexible, per diem
Compensation: $60–$120 per visit (average ~$65/hour)
The Role
We're hiring RNs to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes. This is a per-visit role with real volume behind it — ideal for nurses who want autonomy, consistency, and the ability to earn without being tied to a facility schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Complete in-home skilled nursing visits
- Perform assessments, treatments, and care plan updates
- Educate patients and caregivers on care, medications, and safety
- Document visits accurately and on time
- Coordinate with the broader care team as needed
What We're Looking For
- Active California RN license
- 1+ year of nursing experience (home health preferred, not required)
- Strong clinical skills and confidence working independently
- Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes
- Proficient with EMR documentation
- CPR/BLS certified
