What you'll be doing...
The Operations Support Associate is a key member of the operations and technical support teams. In this role, you will support data management, provide client support and reporting, and resolve technical problems. This position requires a customer service focus, strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines, while possessing a positive and professional attitude.
- Provide first level support by responding to calls/emails to resolve technical issues
- Gather and organize data regarding technical issues
- Send notifications and updates via internal ticketing system
- Serve as primary back-up to Operations Coordinator/Scheduler for lines of business
- Maintain quality service by enforcing organization and department standards
- Review/assist in reporting and printing system setups and maintenance
- Maintain security and protect client and employee information, company assets and property
- Perform off-hour support when needed and necessary
- Maintain workstation hardware, including imaging and redeploying
This position is scheduled to work 100% on-site in our Seattle office (Eastlake).
Who you are...
- Educated. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in technical support
- Experienced. Experience in helpdesk support, batch file editing and reading files and system output
- Knowledgeable. Familiar with Windows file systems and navigating network file systems
- Team Player. Work independently and as a productive and contributing member of a team
- Meticulous. Strong attention to detail with ability to quickly assess and analyze problems
- Adaptable. Ability to learn and adapt to change quickly and work in a fast-paced environment

- Hourly rate range of $23.20 - $31.40 per hour (dependent upon experience & qualifications)
