About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and execution-focused sales leader to drive national sales across the independent primary care and neurology markets. This individual will help build and lead a high-performing team and play a critical role in expanding adoption of our cognitive health platform. A background in healthcare software as a service (SaaS) sales or diagnostics sales and experience managing national teams is required. Experience selling cognitive and neurology solutions preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale a national sales organization targeting independent primary care and neurology practices.
- Own revenue attainment and sales execution across SMB and middle market segments.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales managers and account executives; foster a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and accountability.
- Build and manage a pipeline of strategic opportunities through field engagement, CRM oversight, and close collaboration with Marketing and Product.
- Implement and optimize sales processes for each segment (inside sales, field sales, channel/partner).
- Partner with executive leadership on pricing, contracting, forecasting, and expansion planning.
- Serve as a senior voice with key customers, strategic partners, and at industry conferences.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in medical device, diagnostics, or digital health sales.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling national sales teams in the healthcare space.
- Deep understanding of the primary care and neurology markets, including sales cycles, reimbursement dynamics, and provider behavior.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
- Experience selling into physician-led practices and health systems, with a strong grasp of buyer personas and clinical workflows.
