Behind every successful aircraft repair is a Stock Clerk who makes it happen—are you ready to be that vital link in our team? The Stock Clerk is responsible for picking and gathering the required parts to support the assembly of products and has superior attention to detail. This position will be reporting to the Stores Manager.
Essential Responsibilities
- Organize the inventory on the shelves and pull the appropriate parts for required work orders.
- Receive Purchase/Repair orders and ensure proper documentation.
- Manually count to check inventory.
- Document Work Orders, Pick Tickets.
- Issue/Track Tooling and Consumables.
- Update all parts tracking in computer using our Inventory Control Program (Quantum Control).
- Work with quality personnel and identify non-conforming parts.
- Research and track missing parts, update parts information and locations.
- Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures.
- Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations.
- Properly document production work orders and work-in-process.
- Sign-off on Traveler’s.
- Assist other staff in inventory tracking.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by lead workers.
Experience and Skills
- Accurate and consistent attention to detail is a MUST.
- Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
- Ability to lift items and packages up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time while working.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Highly proficient with using a computer with MS Office programs, especially Excel
Education
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.

- Hourly position commensurate with experience; medical, dental, vision, life, and other insurance options; 401k with 100% match on first 4%; full time workers get paid holidays, vacation & sick/personal leave accrued on hire date.
18 To 20 (USD) Hourly
