Our rapid growth is driving us to strengthen our Talent Acquisition team to support our ambitious hiring goals. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will report directly to the Team Leader and play a key role in helping us attract, identify, and recruit top talent to support Scaleway’s expansion.👥 YOUR FUTURE TEAMYou’ll be joining a passionate and dynamic HR team at the heart of the company’s growth strategy. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Managers, you’ll be involved in end-to-end recruitment processes across a wide variety of roles, both in France and internationally.Based in our Paris offices, this 6-month end-of-studies internship offers the opportunity to take ownership of strategic recruitments early on, depending on your involvement and ability to ramp up.🚀 YOUR DAILY ROUTINE- Ensure smooth execution and follow-up of the recruitment plan (processes, tools like Lever ATS, KPI dashboards)- Write and publish job offers on various job boards, ensuring visibility and relevance- Screen resumes and conduct pre-qualification interviews (screening calls)- Draft interview reports and manage candidate feedback- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter- Coordinate with hiring managers to prepare job briefs- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience at every stage of the process- Be a proactive contributor, suggesting improvements to recruitment practices ABOUT YOUSoft SkillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectivelyCurious, autonomous, and proactiveEager to learn and contribute to impactful projectsHard SkillsCurrently pursuing a Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Bac+4/5) – final-year internshipA first experience in recruitment or HR is a plusFluent in French, professional proficiency in English appreciated
