Your next chapter starts here! đŸȘAt Malt we believe that Ambition is the Way, so all lists of missions and responsibilities are non-exhaustive.About the Role:Malt is scaling up fast and recruiting for our top-performing Sales team in order to accelerate our exponential growth. We are looking for a new Regional Manager to join the team and take charge of the development of our office in Bordeaux.Missions:I.

Develop a portfolio of new clients in the region and active clients within key accounts: - Acquire, from a portfolio of prospects and clients, a precise understanding of the rise of freelancing and the associated challenges- Accompany key clients in the analysis of their organizational environments and their relationship to freelancing- Convince them of the benefits of using a platform built on an open model that federates the leading community of freelancers in Europe II. Structure & Develop the team in Toulouse:- Structure the activity- Build the team, find the right persons to work with, recruit Business Developers / Account Managers- Manage the growth and the teamIII.

Develop the notoriety of Malt in the region:- Identify the networks in the city and join some of them- Meet the right person in the region that can help you develop the business- Participate at different events to make sure Malt is getting know in the region

Preferred experience:


  • 7 to 10 years of experience in managing complex sales processes for key accounts
  • Background preferably in professional services (consulting firm, recruitment agency)
  • Excellent formal communication and presentation skills in order to organize and lead C-level meetings
  • Appetite for business development and eager to hunt and create new opportunities to break ground in an industry where partnerships have yet to be built
  • Your curiosity and ability to establish and formalize the short, medium, and long-term needs of clients make the difference
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment that is both caring and demanding
  • Knowledge of the tech ecosystem (languages and frameworks) is a real asset
  • You are a French speaker with fully professional English and comfortable in an international environment
  • Business school degree or equivalent
