With a diverse team spanning twenty plus countries, our culture fosters openness and collaboration, making Infinite Commerce an exceptional place to work and grow.We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Manager at our new facility in Cartersville, GA.  This role will manages a 130,000 sq.

ft. warehouse and requires a focus on operational excellence, ensuring all warehousing operations run smoothly and efficiently.   

Responsibilities:


  • Benchmark performance of all warehouse functions.
  • Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with finance to ensure that the warehouse operation is cost-effective, including headcount expenses, warehouse equipment, and freight.
  • Oversee site layout and space management.
  • Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of all inventory data in the Fishbowl warehouse management system.
  • Identify, hire, and train an experienced, high caliber, detail-oriented team.
  • Ensure perfect execution of logistics accounting processes: receiving, assembly, storage, and shipping/transfers.
  • Lead daily planning and staff meetings.
  • Lead training and certification efforts for powered equipment according to OSHA requirements.
  • Recommend suggestions for improvement to drive overall productivity.
  • Develop objectives for the staff and coach and evaluate performance.
  • Promote the company’s vision, mission, and strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with safety codes, policies, and procedures of the company and standards established by the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA).
  • Ensure facilities are always maintained in a clean, organized, and secure manner.

Qualifications:


  • Proven extensive logistics and or supply chain industry experience within the consumer goods industry.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and evolving warehousing environment.
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience managing a high-volume warehouse.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience of order fulfillment.
  • Bilingual communication skills   with the ability to clearly convey written and spoken information to team members in both English and Spanish.
  • Comfortable working in a high growth environment with rapid changes.
  • Experience with Amazon FBA Shipping systems and policies.
  • Advanced mastery of Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong leadership skills with knowledge of all facets of warehouse operations.
  • Ability to effectively present information in small group situations to customers, clients and other organization employees
  • Experience with Fishbowl WMS a plus.

COMPENSATION


The anticipated hiring range for this position is USD $83,200 to USD $104,000. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in an annual incentive program as a percentage of base salary, inclusion in our health and welfare benefit programs, and time off programs (vacation, sick, and floating holidays) among other benefits. The compensation and benefits provided for this role are subject to change and may be adjusted due to local market conditions based on the final work location of the incumbent.
