Job SummaryWe’re looking for a strategic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build a high-quality sales pipeline. In this role, you’ll qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads, nurture high-intent prospects, and execute targeted outbound outreach. You’ll engage prospects across multiple channels and play a key role in driving early-stage pipeline for our sales team.

Core Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound and marketing-sourced leads based on defined criteria to assess fit and sales readiness.
- Nurture high-intent leads to convert MQLs into sales-qualified opportunities through timely, value-driven outreach.
- Execute outbound campaigns using buyer intent signals, website behavior, and firmographic data.
- Leverage tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build and manage outbound sequences.
- Conduct detailed account and persona research to personalize messaging across email, phone, and social channels.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to align on target accounts, messaging, and feedback loops.
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), track KPIs, and report on SDR performance metrics.
- Continuously test and optimize outreach strategies based on data, feedback, and conversion results.
- Stay informed on industry trends, buyer pain points, and competitor positioning to refine messaging and outreach.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in an SDR or BDR role, ideally within enterprise B2B software.
- Hands-on experience with Apollo and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Success.ai).
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Strong research skills and the ability to personalize outreach at scale.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, identity security, or related sectors is a strong asset—our buyers are often technical stakeholders, and understanding their challenges helps you connect more effectively.
- A go-getter mindset with a bias for action—you’re comfortable experimenting with new approaches, iterating quickly, and sharing what works.
