The Opportunity


Validation Cloud is expanding its industry-leading blockchain infrastructure offerings, and we’re seeking a driven Account Executive to help accelerate our growth across new and existing markets. You’ll join a high-performing business development team with deep expertise in staking, node infrastructure, and Web3 ecosystems. In this role, you’ll identify, engage, and close new business opportunities—from Web3-native companies to enterprise players—while working closely with product, marketing, and engineering to ensure our solutions align with customer needs.This is a great fit for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys relationship-building, and wants to contribute meaningfully to the adoption of cutting-edge blockchain infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities


  • Own the full sales cycle—from sourcing and qualifying leads to closing deals and onboarding customers.
  • Build relationships with prospects across Web3 and enterprise segments, understanding their infrastructure needs and positioning Validation Cloud’s offerings as the solution.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor proposals and ensure customer feedback informs product development.
  • Represent Validation Cloud at industry conferences and events, establishing our presence and expanding our network.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting, regularly reporting on key metrics and opportunities.

About You


Requirements


  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (Web3 or infrastructure SaaS a plus).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain concepts, with the ability to communicate technical solutions in a customer-friendly way.
  • Skilled at discovery, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable engaging both technical and executive-level stakeholders.
