Position Summary:


We are seeking a strategic and analytical Marketing Strategy and Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This role is essential in driving data-informed decisions across the marketing funnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing marketing performance, optimizing campaign effectiveness, and uncovering insights that improve customer targeting, pipeline efficiency, and ROI. You will leverage AI tools, Power BI, and advanced analytics to support marketing strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyze and interpret marketing data across all channels to identify trends, performance drivers, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct marketing channel attribution analysis to understand the impact of each channel on conversions and revenue.
  • Perform pipeline analysis and optimization, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to accelerate lead-to-revenue conversion.
  • Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to support personalized marketing strategies and improve targeting accuracy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (sales, IT, finance, partner) to use AI tools and Power BI dashboards to visualize data, forecast trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Be the finance team liaison, managing the marketing annual operating plan and developing reports for quarterly business reviews.
  • Manage marketing budgets, track spend, and process purchase requests and vendor invoices.
  • Evaluate digital marketing campaigns (email, display, social, etc.) to improve performance and ROI.
  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns to drive qualified traffic, maximize ROI, and support overall marketing and brand objectives
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align on KPIs and ensure data consistency across platforms.
  • Deliver regular reports and presentations on campaign performance, attribution insights, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with AI-driven analytics platforms and marketing attribution tools.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and attribution models (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch).
  • Proven experience in pipeline analysis and customer segmentation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with budget tracking and procurement processes.

Preferred Skills:


  • Experience with SQL, Google Analytics, and CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and predictive modeling.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms.
