Role Overview:


We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Controller with hands-on experience in industry-standard platforms such as ACC Build, Asite, and Aconex. The Doc. Controller provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales team. This role ensures smooth coordination between clients, suppliers, and internal departments by managing documentation, preparing proposals and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:


Sales Support and Coordination

  • Prepare and Format quotations, proposals, and tender submission in coordination with Sales and Estimation Teams.
  • Maintain and Update Sales records, client databases and project tracking sheet.
  • Follow Up with clients and consultants on depending quotations and approvals.
  • Assist in coordinating sales meetings and client visits.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in document control.
  • Proficient in ACC Build, Aconex, and Asite platforms.
  • Familiarity with ISO document control procedures and best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
