We are seeking a full-time detail oriented and self-disciplined Implementation Specialist who is part of a dynamic service team working to coordinate and complete the installation of a broad portfolio of Capsa’s “smart” medical equipment solutions and/or pharmacy automation products. This position requires a hybrid of healthcare/pharmacy/technology knowledge and skills. This role will be responsible for the planning of, onsite/remote installation of, and end user training on the equipment, triage healthcare products that enhance patient care, safety and caregiver workflow.

As the Implementation Specialist your contributions to the team will include:
- Manage multiple complex project implementations concurrently
- Manage customer expectations, being single point of contact for each project
- Conduct discovery, kick-off and all project meetings without management assistance
- Develop and manage project scope, project plan, and communication plan
- Ensure customer requirements are adhered to during the implementation process
- Manage difficult or complex customer situations to ensure a positive outcome
- Report weekly project status to the executive team including project health and risks
- Manage risk mitigation and issue escalation
- Achieve and document customer project acceptance
- Help manage obstacles or concerns that require resolution in a timely manner
- Identify quality issues on products and provide appropriate feedback on root cause
- Build trust with customers and develop action plans to resolve issues that satisfy stakeholder expectations
- Manage customer IT & Security requirements
- Manage configuration management during the pre-implementation process
- Manage customer reporting and metrics requests
- Work with internal departments to provide statuses on software updates and escalations
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge on system architecture, usage, and features
- Other projects as assigned
What we ask of you:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years’ customer service experience working in a training, project management, or implementation environment with integrated hardware and software products
- Pharmacy and/or healthcare experience preferred
- Experience with hardware and software issue diagnosis and resolution management
- Strong team skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external groups as part of various initiatives.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management and communication skills
- Strong sense of ownership and solid follow-through skills; positive can-do attitude
- Self-motivated with the desire to further enhance knowledge and skills
