CPower is based in Baltimore, MD., and is owned by LS Power, a development, investment and operating company focused on the power and energy infrastructure sector.We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Platforms to lead the strategy and vision, structure, and evolution of CPower’s internal systems—centered on our Microsoft Dynamics platform.

This role partners closely with the Senior Director of Enterprise & Data Products, who owns the overall vision for the data and flow of data to and from our enterprise systems. You will define and maintain the platform product strategy in support of other product teams and business users. Develop and communicate a clear vision for internal systems that support long-term business goals. You will be responsible for defining purpose, features, workflows, and data structures to meet evolving business needs. You’ll make key decisions about workflow automations, user dashboards, datarequirements, ensuring the platform enables operational efficiency and supports data-backed decision-making across the organization. This role will work very closely with CPower Connect, our customer-facing platform, product teams to ensure that relevant data, workflows and operations can meet and exceed the needs and wants of CPower’s customer and partners. You will work closely with IT, sales, operations, engineering, and data teams to ensure alignment on feasibility, scalability, and architecture.

You’ll drive clarity on what the enterprise platforms needs to do and why, and partner with technical teams on how to deliver it.

This is a remote position with a preference for candidates who are within the Baltimore, MD area. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for CPower’s enterprise systems, with Dynamics at the core.
  • Partner with the Senior Director of Enterprise & Data Products to refine and align on long-term platform vision.
  • Translate business and user needs into structured product / data requirements and clear technical specifications.
  • Serve as the primary decision-maker for system workflows, fields, functional design, and data structures within Dynamics.
  • Collaborate with IT, engineering, and architecture teams on solution design, systems integration, and implementation.
  • Lead agile delivery efforts, including backlog management, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Lead the product team throughout the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch for data and enterprise products.
  • Document key processes, system interfaces, and dependencies to ensure transparency and long-term maintainability.
  • Support change management, release communications, and stakeholder training across internal teams.
  • Collaborate with other product managers, business users, and sales teams to ensure you understand and evangelize for the needs of the enterprise users. 

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 
  • 6+ years of product management experience, with a focus on enterprise platforms, data products, internal systems, or infrastructure modernization.
  • Strong technical fluency and extensive experience collaborating successfully with engineers, architects, and system administrators.
  • Deep experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM and/or ERP), including customization, configuration, and platform integration.  Experience with integration with custom applications is ideal. 
  • Demonstrated success leading system transformation or modernization initiatives at scale.
  • Expertise understanding business processes and translating them into functional system capabilities and user-centric workflows.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
