We are seeking a Director of Product Management (Clinical Workflow) who will be responsible for providing new product and new market identification, analysis and recommendations to Capsa leaders on opportunity potential. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction for the development of Capsa’s technology products and support application development. This position reports to the Chief Operations Officer and will be a fully remote position with some travel expectations.

Position Location:
Remote
As the Director of Product Management your contributions to the team will include:
- Develops and drives Capsa’s strategic vision and roadmap for the development of healthcare products that align with the organization’s objectives.
- Leads and manages strategic planning for product development, execution and successful launch of new products.
- Researches and analyzes markets, competitors and products that lead to new business plan conclusions, competitive landscape, features, price, distribution, area of opportunity and ROI.
- Manage and execute against internal projects and timelines and successfully drive new product or programs to market launch on time and within budget.
- Provides product life cycle management through analysis of product line’s historical performance, identifying trends and making recommendations to management on whether to replace, reinvent or discontinue specific products and/or lines.
- Develops market assessment and business cases, which are used to assess financial performance for competing product initiatives.
- Engages customers to discover and quantify the unique value proposition offered by our products in the customer’s end applications and markets. Sets pricing based on value proposition and competitive positioning.
- Travel as required
What we ask of you:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in product management or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to create cost efficient & successful new product launch & new market entry plans.
- Proven ability to contribute and be innovative in identifying product & market opportunities.
