Monet Bank (operating under the Beal Bank Texas charter) is seeking a results-oriented Vice President, IT Operations to lead our infrastructure, IT service management, cloud platforms and end-user technology support. This role is critical to maintaining our secure, scalable and reliable technology environment across banking operations. The ideal candidate brings a modern mindset to infrastructure operations, deep experience in regulated financial environments and a focus on operational excellence.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities (included but are not limited to):


  • Lead day-to-day IT operations, including network, server, endpoint and cloud infrastructure
  • Oversee IT service desk, incident management, disaster recovery and business continuity
  • Drive automation, observability and platform stability through DevOps/SRE principles
  • Ensure robust cybersecurity posture in alignment with FFIEC and NIST frameworks
  • Manage vendor relationships and technology service contracts for infrastructure and ops
  • Partner with compliance and internal audit teams to support regulatory reviews and exams
  • Provide leadership to IT support and infrastructure teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Job Requirements: 


  • 10+ years in IT operations leadership, preferably in a regulated financial services context
  • Proven success managing hybrid cloud environments (Azure or AWS preferred)
  • Deep understanding of security operations, ITIL frameworks, and ITSM platforms
  • Track record of modernizing legacy systems and introducing automation at scale
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field required; Master's preferred
