We’re seeking a Client Service Representative to help drive financial performance by resolving outstanding accounts receivable and supporting client needs with precision and care.
What You’ll Do:
- Follow up with insurance companies on denied or rejected claims
- Communicate with patients and establish payment plans
- Verify insurance eligibility and resolve unpaid balances
- Process credit status reports and adjust accounts as needed
- Identify trends or recurring issues and share with your team
What You Bring:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare billing practices preferred
- 1–2 years’ experience in billing or collections is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
