As a Part-time
Talent Coordinator at Relyance AI, you will be a key player in our People & Talent team. This is a temporary, 3-month role with the possibility of extension and eventual conversion to a full-time position working 25-30 hours/week. You will assist in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates. Your support will be crucial in helping us attract and hire top talent while maintaining our data-driven and hospitable company culture. This role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and committed to representing our brand.This is a hybrid role working in our SF Office (44 Montgomery St.) 2 days a week.
As a Talent Coordinator, your role will include:
- Manage interview scheduling for candidates and hiring teams, ensuring all parties have the necessary information.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing updates and answering questions to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Assist in maintaining and updating our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Help with recruitment branding initiatives, such as updating social media profiles, creating content, or attending virtual career fairs.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for new hire onboarding.
- Support the talent acquisition team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
