Designation– Senior Business Analyst

Experience – 8+ Years

Roles and Resposibilities:-

• Documentation Internal progress review and pre UAT testing.
• Creation of Wireframes based on the guidance of BA/Sr. BA
• Documentation of hand over documents.
• User Manual Creations
• Responsible for understanding project requirements, and help in the design and develop systems to meet the requirements as discussed with the BA/Sr. BA.
• Experience in working independently as business analyst.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

Skills Required

• Should be able to work independently with client, product, business team and other stakeholders to -i) Understand & gather requirementsii) Drive meetings and presentations to share ideas and findingsiii) Prepare high-quality deliverables
• Work closely with the engineering team to implement the requirements, provide necessary information/guidance during the QA process.
• Perform demo and user acceptance testing with stakeholders.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Highly skilled in creating documents like process flow doc, As Is doc, To Be doc, Business requirement doc, Epic, User stories , Interactive Wire frames etc
• Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up to date on project results.
• Nice to have-Knowledge in Finance domain specially in payments
• Solid understanding of financial messaging standards such as ISO 20022, SWIFT MT/MX, NACHA.
