Phlow is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our Corporate Affairs team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven industry. The Marketing Coordinator will support the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications in executing digital and traditional marketing strategies, enhancing internal communications, supporting sales and business development through lead generation efforts, and managing logistics for events and conferences.The ideal candidate brings a creative mindset, a strong understanding of social media and digital engagement, and experience with content creation and marketing tools to help drive brand visibility and commercial success.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Marketing Collateral & Print Management
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and videos.
- Coordinate production, inventory, and distribution of marketing materials.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely, high-quality print jobs.
- Maintain warehouse inventory and oversee collateral fulfillment.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to elevate brand awareness, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and expansion into additional platforms.
- Create and curate content that promotes thought leadership, corporate initiatives, and key milestones across all relevant channels.
- Engage with audiences to foster connection, share valuable insights, and drive interest in Phlow’s work.
- Monitor brand mentions and sentiment across platforms, ensuring messaging remains consistent and on brand.
- Track performance metrics and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations to optimize engagement.
Digital SEO and Analytics:
- Support SEO strategy to improve search rankings and visibility.
- Track web analytics using tools like Google Analytics.
- Ensure accuracy of web content and support website updates.
Lead Generation & Sales Support Marketing:
- Create and deploy email marketing campaigns for business development outreach.
- Implement a lead qualification process to assess the potential of leads and prioritize follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop pitch decks, case studies, and support materials.
- Manage conference and tradeshow logistics, including booth setup and onsite execution.
General Marketing Support:
- Assist with event planning and execution for company events, webinars, or promotional activities.
- Support management of budgeting, invoicing, and vendor management.
Internal Communications:
- Support employee engagement efforts with creative content.
- Draft and design employee newsletters.
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, SEO platforms, Meltwater, Canva, and LinkedIn.
- Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to travel for conferences and corporate events.
- Familiarity with FDA marketing regulations is a plus.
