We're looking for an experienced and creative Director of Marketing to join our dynamic team in Miami. In this role, you will drive Transak’s brand presence, lead product marketing and B2B marketing strategies, and deliver impactful campaigns to strengthen our position in the payments, fintech and blockchain space.Role Overview:We are seeking an innovative Director of Marketing to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that will fuel Transak's growth.
This position requires a forward-thinking leader who can manage cross-functional team-members, develop targeted campaigns, create and distribute relevant thought leadership content and effectively communicate Transak’s value proposition to a payments and blockchain audience, including fintech innovators, blockchain developers, and payments professionals.Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Marketing Strategy: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aimed at engaging businesses in the crypto, fintech, and payments industries, including B2B and retail payments processors (PSPs), payroll companies, remittance providers, crypto exchanges, wallets, amongst others.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with product teams to develop marketing materials, product positioning, and messaging that resonate with enterprise clients and prospects.
- Thought Leadership: Establish Transak as an industry leader by creating high-quality whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and other thought-leadership content. Drive strategic messaging that highlights Transak’s unique value proposition to enterprise clients and decision-makers.
- Event Marketing: Spearhead Transak’s presence at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, ensuring our brand is visible and influential in the crypto and payments sectors. Cultivate relationships at these events and generate leads for our Revenue team.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a cross-functional team, including product marketing, content marketing, and design. Ensure alignment of marketing efforts across all teams, guiding them to develop high-impact campaigns and materials.
- Lead Generation: Oversee lead generation using industry-standard tools; the creation of compelling content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars, that educate and engage potential customers. Ensure the content aligns with the brand and targets key B2B audiences.
- Media Relations: Build and nurture relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the crypto, payments, and fintech spaces to ensure maximum visibility for Transak’s products and thought leadership initiatives.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives and achieve measurable results.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years in product marketing, with a B2B focus, with a strong track record of success in payments, fintech, SaaS, or crypto industries. Startup operators are preferable
- Location: Based in Miami, working in our Wynwood office, or willing to relocate; occasional travel required to industry events and conferences.
