We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Business Enablement Consultant to join our growing consulting team and engage in client projects to drive success. In this role, you’ll help enterprise clients unlock the full potential of their data, analytics, and AI investments through change leadership, capability development, value assessment, and stakeholder alignment.
You’ll work closely with client executives, data teams, and business users to bridge the gap between technology and value realization, ensuring that initiatives like platform modernization (e.g., Databricks), Power BI adoption, or AI use cases actually drive impact across the organization in terms of both value and adoption.In addition to client projects, you will also partner with the head of BE to lead the development and standardization of our programs and processes around business enablement as we grow the practice.
As a creative problem solver, you look for ways to help our clients achieve and exceed their business goals. With that mentality, you are able to identify and/or enhance our offerings as a data and analytics consultancy.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and executive briefings on enablement strategy and value realization/success from data and AI initiatives
- Gather and understand requirements from clients to develop creative and effective business solutions, including at times leading the business aspect of sales/presales conversations.
- Participate in pre-sales activities to to expand the Business Enablement service line and drive success for our clients
- Lead client enablement workstreams in data and analytics transformations, data migrations, use case implementation, data product enablement, etc.
- Manage projects to ensure project milestones are reached within the given timeline and budget allocated
- Work closely with technical, governance and reporting consulting teams to ensure the business side of our projects are prioritized and cohesive
- Support clients in defining and operationalizing change management plans aligned to business outcomes
- Drive adoption of platforms like Databricks and Power BI through training, communications, business process understanding, and capability building
- Develop personas, messaging matrices, and enablement content tailored to executives, IT, and business users
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure initiatives are aligned to business priorities and ROI is tracked
- Continue to expand knowledge, and stay up to date on trends, and best practices in the data analytics space.
- Create repeatable processes and build out business enablement IP to address common client opportunities
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in business, leveraging data for decision making - sales, marketing, business transformation, data governance roles
- CPG/Retail/Foodservice experience preferred, secondary industries Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS)/Communications Media Technology (CMT)
- Familiarity with modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, GCP, etc.) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling business value
- Experience developing communications, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Strong facilitation, communication, and client-facing consulting skills. Agility and ability to pivot quickly in discussions.
