FIGS is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Senior Associate, Fulfillment to support and improve day-to-day fulfillment operations. This role plays a key part in driving efficiency, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth execution across business processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and is highly organized.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage priority and time-sensitive order requests, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Conduct regular inventory and process audits to maintain accuracy and accountability.
- Track and analyze operational performance and service levels to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate key operational tasks to support seamless business execution.
- Assist in developing and refining operational procedures, systems, and best practices.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure goals are met.
- Collaborate with teams across Logistics, Customer Experience, Community, Finance, and Customization.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for operations and project progress.
- Support vendor and partner relationships with clear communication and timely follow-up.
- Identify inefficiencies in processes and propose actionable solutions.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communication.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
FIGS Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range
- At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $68,500 and $92,500. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
