We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone just starting their career in IT or with a couple of years of experience looking to grow their skills in a professional environment. You will provide essential support for our internal technology systems, assist with hardware and software management, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support by managing escalated Help Desk tickets and assisting with first response or escalation when the Help Desk Specialist is unavailable.
- Manage user account lifecycle across multiple platforms including Office365, Box, Netskope, NetSuite, OpenAir, Openpath, HelpDesk & Zoom.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and contractors:
- Prepare laptops ("backpacks") for new employees
- Ensure all assets are documented accurately
- Ship equipment promptly to remote hires as needed
- Manage the full lifecycle of laptops and other IT assets:
- Image laptops and install required software/configurations post-imaging
- Maintain accurate records in the Asset Management system throughout asset lifecycles
- Collect assets from terminated employees quickly and efficiently
- Label, organize, store unused or retired assets properly for reissue or disposal (e-waste)
- Create and update documentation related to processes such as ticket handling, asset management, account setup/termination.
- Handle requests for creating new Box folders based on trouble tickets.
- Securely erase or destroy storage media when decommissioning devices.
Qualifications:
- Education
- Recent graduate with a degree in Information Technology or related field OR
- Up to two years of experience working in an IT support role
- Certifications (Preferred but not required)
- CompTIA A+
- Cisco CCNA
- CompTIA Security+
- Microsoft Fundamentals
- CompTIA Network+
- Desired Skills & Attributes
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills – able to explain technical issues clearly to non-tech users
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under supervision
- Familiarity with common business applications like Office365 is a plus
- Experience working within professional services firms is beneficial but not essential
