Technical Project Manager, Client Onboarding (Cybersecurity)

As a Client Onboarding Project Manager, you’ll join our Customer Success organization to deliver quick time-to-value solutions to top clients during the onboarding phase. Working closely with clients and cross-functional internal teams, you will drive strategic outcomes including:

  • Defining and executing strategic outcomes-based onboarding plans for top-tier clients, laying the groundwork for long-term success
  • Identifying opportunities and risks, and presenting recommendations & solutions
  • Providing prescriptive onboarding best-practices and industry specific intelligence use cases
  • Ensuring comprehensive knowledge transfer and effective handoff between presales, and from onboarding to the customer success & expansion team

  • What you'll do as a Client Onboarding Project Manager:


    • Manage top strategic and enterprise accounts
    • Find solutions to complex technical issues during onboarding and outline clear next steps 
    • Become a trustworthy expert partner who consults clients on onboarding and implementation best practices, their path to successful outcomes, and recommendations
    • Convey clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communications; switching writing and language to different personas and motivations
    • You'll manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including creating specific onboarding plans, defining objectives, sharing weekly project updates, and delivering within the desired time frames
    • Conduct new user advance training with a focus on client’s priority use cases; ensuring our clients are proficient using the Recorded Future Portal and show a high adoption rate (>70%) during onboarding
    • Lead on developing, shaping, and enhancing premium services client onboarding such as enhancing kick-off and review slides and the overall client experience  

    What you'll bring as a Client Onboarding Project Manager:


    • 4+ years of relevant work experience in Cybersecurity, SecOps, or Threat Intelligence or other relevant industries
    • Certifications are preferred and can include Security+ (strongly recommended), PMP, Certified Scrum Master 
    • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
    • Master client workflow discovery across all types of client team functions
    • Knowledge of basic API/integration troubleshooting steps
    • Superb communication skills with an ability to convey complex concepts to all levels of personnel 
    • Ability to conduct advanced product workshops

    Requirements:


    • US-based, and ability to work from our Arlington, VA or Somerville, MA office
