Job Requirements1. 5–8+ years of experience in influencer, affiliate, creator marketing, or DTC growth2. Proven success building and scaling highperformance creator and affiliate programs — not just one-off collaborations3. Deep expertise in TikTok Shop, Spark Ads, and social commerce ecosystems4. Handson experience with affiliate platforms (e.g. Impact, Refersion, Social Snowball, Amazon Influencer)5. Strong ability to recruit, manage, and scale creators and affiliates across all tiers — from nano to mega, from gifting to revshare6. A dataobsessed, ROI-driven mindset — you track CAC, ROAS, revenue, and LTV across channels and partners7. Skilled at blending brand storytelling with performance marketing to drive both awareness and conversions8. A natural operator and builder — you bring structure to chaos, launch fast, and create scalable systems from scratch
