Order Support Representative (Full-Time)

We are looking for an Order Support Specialist. This position is straightforward and involves placing a high volume of online orders with various vendors. Those in this position are expected to keep track of orders and returns when needed. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is essential. Both internal and external communication are key components of this department’s workflow. There is a lot of potential for progression as each individual continues to build on the base knowledge that is initially required.

What you will do:


  • Process spreadsheets and place orders for physical items
  • Provide internal support related to the fulfillment of physical awards (looking up tracking information, user information, etc.)
  • Work with Operations to continually improve workflow
  • Work with marketing and account managers to set up fulfillment for new clients
  • Keep track of orders and returns on the Awardco website
  • Respond to customer inquires related to orders and returns
  • Track successful delivery and measure quality performance over time

What you will bring:


  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is preferred 
  • Experience managing inventory
  • Attention to detail
  • Reactive and proactive to receiving and placing orders in the Awardco website
  • Familiarity with Mac OSX is a plus
