As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations in our sales processes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales documentation, coordinating communication between clients and sales personnel, and maintaining our CRM system to ensure data accuracy. Your proactive approach in assisting with lead generation, preparing sales proposals, and tracking sales metrics will be key to the success of our sales efforts.
You will also play a crucial role in preparing reports and providing insights that help the sales team meet and exceed their objectives.This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and is eager to contribute to the success of the sales team.
The ideal candidate would work 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Standard Time, which would be 11 PM - 8 AM Philippine Standard Time.
Your primary responsibilities include:· Engage with customers to gather and understand their product needs· Convert customer requirements into accurate quotes· Collaborate with vendors and distributors for pricing and deal registration· Discuss quotes with customers and secure their approval· Coordinate as necessary with internal team members· Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with their purchases· Keep updated on new product and service offerings
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred
Skills & Abilities
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (experience with Salesforce or similar systems is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Familiarity with sales processes and customer service practices
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or a related role
- Experience in a technology-related field or MSP industry is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
