To support our rapid growth, we’re seeking an International Supply Chain Analyst in Austin, TX*, reporting to our Director, Outbound Supply Chain. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations of our international fulfillment network. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence across these markets – ensuring SLA compliance, managing inventory, and optimizing total fulfillment costs. This is a highly cross-functional role that will collaborate closely with teams across Web, Marketing, Finance, and Sales to enable efficient international growth.*this hybrid position is based in our Austin, TX HQWhat You’ll Do:International Fulfillment Operations
- Manage daily performance and relationships with international 3PLs across Canada, the UK, Australia, and future geographies.
- Monitor and ensure service-level agreement (SLA) adherence for all international order channels (DTC, B2B, Wholesale).
- Resolve operational issues and partner with 3PLs to drive continuous improvement across geographies.
- Maintain fulfillment data accuracy across all systems (WMS, OMS, Shopify, ERP).
- Track and report on total fulfillment costs, including outbound freight and warehousing.
- Lead onboarding of new fulfillment partners in existing and new geographies from end-to-end. Coordinate across all areas of Operations (Planning, Systems, Customer Service) to ensure all needs are met.
- Own international inventory management, including assortment adherence, inventory allocation, and cross-system inventory feed accuracy.
Analytics and Reporting
- Build and maintain tools, dashboards, and reports to enable business decisions around inventory, fulfillment, and cost management.
- Identify operational trends and provide insights to inform strategy and changes to processes.
Cross-Functional & Strategic Support
- Collaborate with Web, Marketing, Finance, and Sales teams to support new campaigns, product launches, and promotions across international markets.
- Support ad-hoc projects, including onboarding new order types, developing region-specific packaging, and expanding fulfillment capabilities.

You take ownership of your work, have a strong eye for accuracy, and are always looking for ways to improve and scale operations.Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory, operations, or a related analytical role
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel / SQL; comfortable working with and reconciling large data sets
- Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience communicating to internal management and external partners
- Excellent project and time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and consistently deliver on deadlines
- Experience in ecommerce operations and / or fulfillment
- Bachelor's degree in related field required
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications:
- You know your way around a kitchen, and enjoy the cooking / food scene!
- Familiarity with eCommerce tools (Shopify, NetSuite, WMS, OMS)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker)
- Background / academic experience with statistics, operations research or other math-intensive field
