Requirements
What Will I Be Doing?
- Debrief all techs after each job
- Arrange follow up appointments with customers
- Match the best calls to align with the techs best suited based on skills and job complexity
- Work with customer service team for call booking direction
- Assist with other projects such as pulling reports or confirming data accuracy
Do I Have What It Takes?
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Home service provider experience
- Preferred minimum of 1 - 2 yrs. of experience or Customer Service Representative experience with 2 yrs. of dispatch experience
- Ability to answer a high volume of calls and emails daily
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attentive, friendly, and patient
- Effective time-management skills
- Positive and driven team player
- Proven track record of excellent attendance
