As our HSE Manager, you will play a critical role in upholding and advancing our environmental, health, and safety standards across all operations.

What You’ll Do:


As a HSE Manager Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the implementation and oversight of all HSE programs and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, TCEQ).
  • Conduct audits, safety inspections, and training to promote a safe work environment.
  • Manage incident investigations and drive root cause analysis with corrective actions.
  • Support workers’ compensation case management and return-to-work processes.
  • Report on HSE performance metrics and support leadership in achieving performance goals.

What We’re Looking For:


  •  Minimum 5 years in an HSE leadership role
  •  Degree in a related field OR 8+ years of HSE experience
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state regulatory standards
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Experience with HSE program implementation and training
  • Comfortable working in both office and industrial environments
  • Regular site inspections (walking, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs.)
  • Use of PPE including steel-toe footwear
  • Occasional evening/weekend work may be required

Work Environment:


You’ll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel-toed footwear are required.

Expected Hours of Work:


This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday.Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
