As our HSE Manager, you will play a critical role in upholding and advancing our environmental, health, and safety standards across all operations.
What You’ll Do:
As a HSE Manager Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the implementation and oversight of all HSE programs and policies.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, TCEQ).
- Conduct audits, safety inspections, and training to promote a safe work environment.
- Manage incident investigations and drive root cause analysis with corrective actions.
- Support workers’ compensation case management and return-to-work processes.
- Report on HSE performance metrics and support leadership in achieving performance goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years in an HSE leadership role
- Degree in a related field OR 8+ years of HSE experience
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state regulatory standards
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Experience with HSE program implementation and training
- Comfortable working in both office and industrial environments
- Regular site inspections (walking, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs.)
- Use of PPE including steel-toe footwear
- Occasional evening/weekend work may be required
Work Environment:
You’ll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel-toed footwear are required.
Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday.Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
