Customer Success Intern

As a CSM Intern/Assistant, you will support critical projects that directly impact our customer and partner experience. You'll assist in organizing internal systems, managing important data, and contributing to strategic planning initiatives. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer success, relationship management, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in reviewing and organizing all negotiated hotel contracts currently underway
  • Help clean and maintain data accuracy within our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Support the organization of online file storage and internal documentation
  • Contribute to developing a relationship-building and retention strategy for hotel and vendor partners
  • Conduct research and provide insights on how we can improve and differentiate as a TMC
  • Assist in coordinating internal meetings, tracking action items, and following up on tasks
