Lyra Technology Group is seeking a Business Development Representative for one of their operating companies, Two River Technology Group. As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in expanding our client base. You’ll work directly with the CEO and marketing team to drive qualified leads through outbound campaigns, referrals, events, and our Circle of Influence strategy. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to build a sales career in a stable, high-growth industry.

Two River Technology Group is a fast-growing MSP serving compliance-driven small and mid-sized businesses in the finance, legal, nonprofit, and healthcare sectors. Based in Central NJ, we’re on a mission to become the go-to IT partner in the region and we’re looking for a driven BDR to help fuel our next phase of growth.

Your work as a Business Development Representative will include several components:


• Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person networking• Execute outbound campaigns to drive meetings for our sales team• Manage and update our CRM (HubSpot) with lead activity and follow-ups• Coordinate with the Director of Customer Success & Marketing to align outreach with campaigns• Assist in organizing events, webinars, and partner-driven initiatives• Follow up on referrals and inbound interest quickly and professionally• Learn the basics of our services so you can speak confidently about how we help our clients• You consistently generate qualified appointments each week• Understand our ideal customer profile and refine outreach accordingly• Proactively build relationships with key referral partners• Contribute to a growing sales pipeline that drives predictable revenue

Our ideal Business Development Representative has the following qualifications:


• 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (preferably in tech or B2B services)• Strong communication and follow-up skills• Self-motivated, organized, and hungry to learn• Comfort with using CRM tools like HubSpot (or willingness to learn)• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team• Bonus points for experience with MSPs, compliance-driven clients, or regional networking groupsApply now with your resume and a brief note on why you’re a great fit.
