ArdentSky provides a suite of automated and integrated software products that help gaming organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes, streamline licensing processes, manage product approvals and shipments, oversee vendor relationships, and generate required reports for regulatory bodies. To succeed in this role, you must be a sales-driven, fast-moving professional with a deep customer focus and a passion for helping clients reduce risk and stay compliant. You know how to identify key decision-makers, ask the right questions, and position solutions that deliver operational value in a highly regulated environment.

What You'll Do:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Own the growth and management of Annual Recurring Revenue, partnering with Customer Success Managers and Renewal Managers to hit renewal targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and follow-up the defined business opportunities.
  • Work with Marketing and Business Development teams to drive lead generation and awareness.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to create a basis for customer business case.
  • Demonstrate our products and value in a compelling, comprehensive manner while differentiating from competitors’ offerings.
  • Forecast and deliver against substantial revenue targets and achieve the assigned sales quota for business growth.
  • Maintain detailed reports in the CRM system of sales activities including calls, meetings, emails, demonstrations, deal progress, lost business, and all other customer and prospect interactions.
  • Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand the issues they are trying to address; identify and suggest solutions to meet those needs.
  • Organize demonstrations of the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
  • Provide periodic territory sales plans.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, of which 2+ years were involved in a complex solution sales process or enterprise software sales
  • Gaming sales experience preferred
  • Proven track record of success in managing and growing recurring revenue
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Creativity and organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop lasting professional relationships with clients
  • Excellent presentations skills
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
